Financial services

Banks, insurers, asset managers, accountants and other financial service providers have had to endure a lot of new legislation these last years. The Wfd, Wft, MiFID, WTA: just a few of the new laws for this sector in The Netherlands. And this legislation is constantly subject to change and additions. Both in The Hague and Brussels new proposals are ready to replace, improve or supplement existing rules. Precisely this sector is expected to be compliant at the highest level.

Biotechnology

At political level in both The Hague and Brussels this sector, which existence is really vital to society, is insufficient taken into account. Policies should be practical, workable and considering the dynamics of a sector. For this sector it is therefore of great importance to already get involved at the start of the administration process.

Energy / Environment

Sustainability is a concept that has finally been rooted in our thinking. Sustainability is a very broad term but has strong ties in these sectors. ‘Green power’ and ‘Cradle to cradle” no longer have a 'soft' image. The government and politicians constantly restart discussions in this area and it is therefore vital to be involved as a company from the start of this debate. You will then no longer be confronted with unexpected surprises.
